Blogging in now days has become, so popular that they even replace the big news portals. Blog lets us share our thoughts and writings with others. Besides it is easy to do.
Recently showed up a new type of blogging and it is called “Photo blogging” and its popularity also grow as fast as blog popularity. As we see in the name of this type “photo” than we can understand that is not a text posting, but it is photo posting. It lets us share photos which we take every day.

What really is photo blogging? I do not understand!

Let me explain. Photo blogging is new way of sharing with others. It is similar to blogging, but there you don’t post your articles, but your photos. There you also have many options like in simple blogs. There you and others can add comments, there you can create archives, and you can also add your notes to the photo.
Visitors can also subscribe to your newest photos.
How can I create my photo blog?
If you want to create your own photo blog, you can use some of these services “Flicker” or “Picassa”, they are not really photo blogs, but the idea is the same – “share your photos with others”, but if aren’t enough with this services you can use a PHP script, only if you have some understanding of what it is. If, yes then I can suggest you an free, open source script, named “Pixelpost” I have used it for a while and only I can say about this script that it is great, especially the template creating system is so easy to understand then a small kid can do it. Also the photo uploading on this script is very easy.
More about photo blogs
as an interesting fact I can add is that the photo blogs have a contest named “The photo blog awards” where every photo blogger can participate. I do not know what exactly the prize is or maybe it hasn’t any.
